Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to process document orders and support requests, including contact details, property details, order history, support messages and files you choose to attach to a support reply.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.

We use LiveChat to provide optional real-time support on public website pages. When the widget loads, LiveChat may use functional cookies or browser storage to maintain the chat session and process standard technical request information. If you start a chat, LiveChat processes the messages and any contact details you choose to provide under its Privacy Policy.

To assist address entry, we send the postcode and address text you type to Google Maps Platform. We do not retain the suggestion list; the address you select or confirm is kept with your order. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

We use aggregate first-party analytics to understand page views, document choices, checkout conversion and support volumes. Analytics reports do not store visitor IP addresses, browser identifiers, names, email addresses, payment details, full postcodes, title numbers or property addresses.

We use Google Ads to measure completed orders. Before you choose, or if you reject optional cookies, the Google tag operates with advertising storage and advertising user data denied and may send limited cookieless measurement data. If you allow advertising measurement, we permit advertising storage and send a SHA-256 hashed version of the order email as enhanced conversion data; ad personalisation and analytics storage remain denied. Google may also receive the consent state, page path, Google advertising click identifier, standard browser request information, verified order value and a unique order reference. Other application and payment URL parameters are removed, and we do not send the property address, title number or payment details to Google. With advertising measurement consent, we retain the latest Google click identifier and the hashed order email in a separate restricted record for up to 90 days. Order and analytics screens contain only a non-identifying attribution summary; raw click identifiers and email hashes are not displayed. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.

Order and transaction records may be retained for up to six years for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes. You can contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
