Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to process document orders and support requests, including contact details, property details, order history and support messages.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details. Transactional emails are sent through Resend.

To assist address entry, we send the postcode and address text you type to Google Maps Platform. We do not retain the suggestion list; the address you select or confirm is kept with your order. Google processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

We use aggregate first-party analytics to understand page views, document choices, checkout conversion and support volumes. Analytics reports do not store visitor IP addresses, browser identifiers, names, email addresses, payment details, full postcodes, title numbers or property addresses.

We use Google Ads in storage-denied mode to measure completed orders without enabling advertising or analytics cookies. Google may receive limited cookieless measurement data, including consent state, the page path, any Google advertising click identifier and standard browser request information. Other application and payment URL parameters are removed. After payment is verified, we also send a unique order reference, but not your name, email address, property address, title number or payment details. Order and transaction records may be retained for up to six years for accounting, legal and fraud-prevention purposes. You can contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
